With a lifetime of construction experience and dedication helping people’s dreams become reality, Will Perry prides himself on running his business with honesty and integrity.

The Houston native earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from Loyola University Chicago and maintains a long career that spans multiple industries. Prior to leading Perry Electric, he served as a full-time police officer — a role he continues to maintain as a commissioned officer in Texas. He also has experience as a banker and financial analyst, and in construction roles working alongside his family.

As CEO, Will oversees all aspects of Perry Electric’s operations, from hiring and training to client relations and everyday business needs. He embraces the philosophy that success is built on teamwork while taking full responsibility for addressing challenges.

Will is an active member of Rotary International and supports local charities, including efforts to assist foster children and spread the word of his faith. Outside of work, he spends time with his wife and their 10 children, hunting and exploring the great outdoors.

With more than 14 years of experience in the electrical field, Briar Pflaumer understands the importance of work carried out to code and client specifications — and of streamlined business practices, too. And he puts that knowledge to work each day in service to our company and clients.

As director of operations, the Conroe, Texas, native oversees all aspects of Perry Electric’s business operations, seeking ways to improve efficiency while ensuring organizational goals are met to a high-quality standard. Briar has been instrumental in Perry Electric’s development, implementing policies and procedures that fuel company growth, profitability and advancement.
